Sharon Riser Presented With 2016 Leading Women Award

Sharon Riser Leading Women Award

Sharon Riser, co-owner of THE TEMPLE: A Paul Mitchell Partner School and THE TEMPLE Annapolis was recently presented with one of the 2016 Leading Women Awards by The Daily Record.

“I was both humbled and grateful to have been chosen to receive this award. It is an honor to be recognized in this way,” said Riser. “I would also like to congratulate all of my peers who were also recognized for their achievements in their respective businesses.”

The Leading Women award, now in its 7th year, is given to women 40 years old or younger in acknowledgment of the tremendous accomplishments they have made in their career and community. Recipients are judged based on professional experience, community involvement and a commitment to inspiring change. Winners are selected by former Top 100 Women and Leading Women winner panel.

“The Daily Record’s 2016 Leading Women are truly inspirational. Their professional accomplishments, community involvement and commitment to inspiring change exemplify why they are Leading Women in Maryland,” said Suzanne Fischer-Huettner, publisher of The Daily Record. “They excel to high levels professionally and personally, and The Daily Record congratulates them on this award.”
