THE TEMPLE: A Paul A Paul Mitchell Partner School was pleased to welcome Gary Spellman Co-Founder of Ultimate Face Cosmetics as a guest artist this past February.
“We’re thrilled to be able to offer this caliber of guest artist to our Future Professionals! Gary and the team of Ultimate Face Cosmetics bring them a wealth of knowledge on makeup artistry and the entertainment industry.” said Sharon Riser co-owner of THE TEMPLE.
During his visit, Gary guided Future Professionals through the unique experience of being an on-set makeup artist and lead a live hands-on makeup jam session. Also on-site were participants of the Lynx Program at Frederick High School who were able to participate in the event as well.
“I enjoyed how he had us work in a team setting to accomplish the looks. It gave us a feel for real on-set work! I also loved having the opportunity to personally connect with someone already in the makeup industry,” said Future Professional Madison Pizer.
In addition to his role at Ultimate Face Cosmetics, Gary Spellman is also the Goodwill Ambassador for John Paul Mitchell Systems and a producer and partner in Peace, Love & Happiness Studios.
