Molly graduated in 2010. Her journey continued in Baltimore, advancing and diversifying herself with real world experience and education. Becoming a prominent member of the Board of Directors of the Baltimore Fashion Alliance (BFA) has led to wonderful collaborations in the industry. In 2013, she co-founded Charm City Top Knots (CCTK), an on-location styling service specializing in hair and make-up for weddings, photography and fashion shows. CCTK is proud to be the exclusive style team for MD Fashion Awards for 2014 and 2015, and even earned themselves a nomination for “Emerging Hairstylists” of the year 2014.

Paul Mitchell culture is her home, and she carries that with her daily. Molly loves not only sharing that experience with her guests in the chair; she is honored to be joining the National Education team with JPMS. As John Paul always says, “Success unshared is failure.”
