THE TEMPLE: A Paul Mitchell Partner School sent twenty students to the 29th Annual Caper Event held this past February 10th – 12th at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. These students, along with many others from around the country, earned the trip by selling specially packaged Paul Mitchell products to cover the expenses of this educational extravaganza. The Caper Event consisted of top leaders in and out of the professional beauty industry who delivered three days of nonstop education, motivation, and inspiration.
Among the superstar lineup was comedian and inspirational speaker Kathy Buckley, “Glee” actor John Autry, and motivational speaker and “Be Beautiful, Be You” author Lizzie Velasquez.
Charles Riser, co-owner of THE TEMPLE explains, “Paul Mitchell Schools’ CAPER adventure is truly a once in a lifetime event for every Future Professional that can attend. The professional beauty industry is such a visual experience, and Las Vegas is the perfect venue for that ‘vision.’ Temple Future Professionals got to spend three days with some of the top education teams in the country learning hands on techniques to further their careers. In addition, they were inspired by industry leaders such as John Paul DeJoria and Winn Claybaugh, and motivated by celebrities such as Marie Osmond and Lizzie Velasquez. In all, it was an incredible time for all of us, and Sharon and I truly enjoyed our time with them.”
