THE TEMPLE Owners to Join Paul Mitchell Schools Network Board of Directors

Each year, Future Professionals and staff from the nationwide network of Paul Mitchell Schools spend the months of February through April raising money for various charities with their annual “FUNraising” campaign. To date, the campaign has raised over $11.2 million to benefit a number of charitable organizations. Rather than seeking huge corporate donations, Future Professionals raise most of the money through grassroots events like cut-a-thons, hair shows, car washes, bake sales, and “Casual for a Cause” days. Locally, the Temple has participated in this initiative and raised significant sums towards this effort.

Due to their brilliance in “giving back” and raising money, it was unanimous that Sharon and Charles Riser, co-owners of THE TEMPLE, were both invited to join national board of directors for the Andrew Gomez Dream Foundation, the organization that oversees the annual “FUNraising” campaign.

“We are both honored and humbled by this invitation and are eager to contribute our thoughts and ideas,” states Sharon.

THE TEMPLE a Paul Mitchell Partner School is conveniently located on West Church Street in historic downtown Frederick. For more information, visit www.pmthetemple.com or call (301) 682-7550.
