Beauty Changes Lives Scholarship
Established as a 501c3 in 2013, Beauty Changes Lives is a non-profit organization awarding beauty school tuition scholarships generously funded by leading beauty brands. The Beauty Changes Lives scholarship portfolio includes tuition scholarships for aspiring hairstylists, nail professionals, estheticians, makeup artists, massage therapists and barbers. In addition to “basic” scholarships, Beauty Changes Lives offers “advanced” scholarships for licensed professionals, including beauty educators. Since its inception, Beauty Changes Lives has awarded more than 500 scholarships, opening doors of opportunity that range from working behind the scenes at New York Fashion Week, to opening thriving businesses.
The Power of ONE Candy Shaw Advanced Education for Educators Scholarship
The Power of ONE Candy Shaw Education Scholarship was developed to honor one of our most celebrated champions to the mission, goals and leadership upheld by Beauty Changes Lives. This scholarship will support both current and future Beauty professionals with a focus on Candy’s passion of continuing education.
Candy brought her passion to make a difference to Beauty Changes Lives and spearheaded the visionary program One Day. One Ticket. This initiative encourages the beauty and wellness community to support their neighbors and give back through the power of their hands. By donating the value of one ticket. on one day. Small donations add up to big impact. In its debut year, the One Day. One Ticket. fundraising initiative brought in over $100,000 and $135,000 in it’s second.
Candy’s blueprint for success is now Beauty Changes Lives’ principal fundraising effort and the momentum she developed has inspired continued growth for years to come.
This scholarship is given to those individuals who strive to overcome obstacles and use their passion, fortitude and hands to move mountains.
Hydrafacial Glow Getter Scholarship
The Hydrafacial Glow Getter Scholarship program, in partnership with Beauty Changes Lives, will provide financial tuition assistance to individuals who are enrolled in esthetics programs that lead to licensure or certification in the United States and Canada, and to support the educational advancement of currently licensed estheticians wishing to elevate their skills even further. Hydrafacial plans to award a total of $60,000 in scholarships over the next two years, with applications for the first round of scholarships opening on December 1, 2024.
Dermalogica Scholarship Program
Each scholarship covers a six-month enrollment to Expert Program workshops (a $1400+ value), culminating in becoming a Dermalogica Expert. Each recipient will have access to jobs.dermalinstitute.com and the IDI Job Board and support from a local Business Consultant to help with their career journey.
Keller Cosmetology Scholarship
Keller International now offers a unique cosmetology scholarship opportunity for one student each year as a way to alleviate some of the financial burden they accrue during their educational journey. The winner of this contest will be rewarded $1000.00 towards their tuition fees!* This scholarship is open to cosmetology and barber students.
Milady Rise Scholarship
Be one of the TEN lucky recipients to get a $500 Milady RISE Scholarship, administered by the Professional Beauty Association. Milady is on a mission to drive career success and this scholarship, exclusive for Milady RISE-certified individuals who understand the impact you’re able to make, is here to help you continue your growth in the industry.
Buy-Rite Beauty Annual Cosmetology Scholarship
The scholarship is from Buy-Rite Beauty, and is for $1,000 for those students interested in pursuing a degree in cosmetology. All participants must have applied to or be enrolled in as full-time beautician/cosmetology students.
Great Clips Great Scholarship Program
Great Clips® believes in the future of the hair industry and is proud to offer over $100,000 total in scholarships to students each year! Future stylists and barbers across the United States and Canada are invited to apply to receive a tuition scholarship valued at up to $5,000 each to help launch their dreams.
PBA Lifetime Member
PBA honors Lifetime Members is through educational scholarships. These scholarships celebrate the spirit of commitment to the association, which has been demonstrated by the Lifetime Member through fostering the advancement and education of individual members. The PBA Lifetime Member Scholarship is made available because of the Joseph L. Weir Trust.

TEMPLE SCHOLARSHIPS
THE TEMPLE academies are accredited by the National Accrediting Commission of Career Arts & Sciences (NACCAS). Accreditation means the schools have met national standards of educational performance established by an impartial non-governmental agency. Minimum standards for our programs are established by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC), the Maryland Board of Cosmetology and NACCAS.

This nonprofit foundation dedicated to elevating the perception of education in the beauty industry, and partners with many companies who support this mission. New scholarships are posted frequently from cosmetology, esthetics, nails, and much more.
